Creating Excel Matrix – SNCF

As an Assistant Product Manager, I had to perform an analysis of the company's performance on the train lines I managed, as well as a collection of industry and competition data. I had to enter these results every week in an Excel spreadsheet by hand, nothing was automated.

So I took my time to make an Excel matrix automating the display of results. This time was a good investment because it allowed me to be much faster in presenting the results, thus saving me time on making the presentations to CODIR.
