Different consulting mandates

1.Relook a metro station

During my year at Toulouse Business School, I was commissioned with another of my comrades by the city to find solutions to a metro station with a bad reputation. The city of Toulouse wanted us to present ideas to return the letters of nobility to this station.

So we worked on a presentation and several scripts to revitalize this space, at the time left behind.

2. Possible Cairo project

IBM Consulting commissioned the Toulouse Business School to present different scenarios in front of a customer car manufacturer who wondered if he would invest in another research and development centre in Cairo.

Thus we presented different options using the 7 S method, a SWOT analysis and budgeting the delivery.
